How long does delivery take?
Our sofas and beds are made to order. Typical delivery is 2–4 weeks nationwide. We’ll confirm your time slot once your piece passes quality check.
Do you offer custom sizes and fabrics?
Yes — we tailor width, depth, chaise side, cushion fill, and fabric to your space and palette. Send us your room measurements and we’ll advise the perfect fit.
Can I order fabric samples?
Absolutely. Order free fabric swatches to feel texture and tone at home before you buy. We include care advice with every swatch pack.
Feather vs. foam cushions — what’s the difference?
Feather-blend gives a plush, sink-in lounge feel (requires occasional plumping). High-resilience foam feels structured and supportive with lower maintenance. We can recommend based on how you live.
What’s your returns policy?
Standard items can be returned within 14 days in original condition. Bespoke/custom pieces follow our made-to-order policy. If you’re unsure, contact us before placing an order and we’ll guide you.
Do you offer white-glove delivery?
Yes — our two-person team delivers to your room of choice, unwraps and positions your furniture, and removes packaging on request.
What warranty do you provide?
Frames & springs are covered for up to 5 years. Fabric and finishes vary by range — we’ll outline coverage on your order confirmation.
Will my sofa fit through doors and stairs?
Most frames are designed in sections for easy access. Share doorway, hallway, and staircase measurements and we’ll confirm suitability before production.
