Refund policy
Please note this policy only applies to items which have been placed online
Returns;
We strongly recommend that you double-check measurements, the space in your room, and color schemes before making your purchase. However, if you’re not completely happy with your sofa, we’ve got you covered. We offer a FREE RETURNS policy if the sofa doesn’t suit your taste or style. Just email us to request a return within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), and you’ll receive a full refund, including your delivery charge, on the day of collection. Shipping charges of £100 apply, if return is not due to a defect of the product.
While it’s a big help to us if you keep the original packaging, we can still accept returns without it. However, ensuring the sofa is packaged helps protect it during the return process.
If you request a return after the initial 48-hour period but within 14 days of delivery, we can still arrange for the sofa to be collected, though this service will incur a collection fee of £299.
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@cksofasinc.co.uk, and our team will respond and organise the collection.
Customised and bespoke items are not eligible for a refund (including colours chosen out of the standard palette).
Please check over your purchase as soon as it arrives and let the drivers know before they leave. On the rare occasion that your item has been damaged in transit please let us know within 24hrs of receiving it so that we can get it replaced for you as soon as possible.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have collected your order, we will process the refund on the same day! Depending on who you bank with the refund can take up to 5-10 working days to clear in your account.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted into your account.

Items not valid for a refund
Unfortunately, we may not be able to offer refunds for certain items. These include:
Clearance items cannot be refunded.
Customised items as they are made just for you.
Products that have been assembled or partly assembled.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@cksofasinc.co.uk and we will let you know the next steps.
Ex-display items
All products sold from display are non-refundable and are sold as-is, please check over items at the time of purchase to make sure you are completely happy as some items may have minor defects.
Mattresses:
Due to health hygiene reasons, mattresses and beds are non-returnable. We also sell 'Branded' mattresses at heavily discounted prices, and although they are brand new, some of these mattresses may have a slight dust mark or ripped bag. Please ensure you are happy with this at the time of purchase.
Guarantees:
Due to some items being in clearance we do not offer a Guarantees on items unless stated.
Storage:
We can hold your purchase for a maximum of 6 weeks from it arriving in our warehouse. Any item held for longer than this time frame will occur a £20 per item per week charge.
If items are sent to our warehouse without prior arrangement and no one claims it, we may scrap, dispose or destroy the items. For items sent to our warehouse, we may wait for up to 8 weeks from the time we receive it.
