1. When will I receive my order after placing it?
Once you place your order, we aim to process it within 24 hours. Delivery typically takes 5-10 working days from the date of order processing. As soon as your order is ready, we'll get in touch with you to schedule a convenient delivery day and time.

2. What happens on the day of delivery?
Prior to delivery, we'll confirm the scheduled day in advance. On the delivery day, our driver will contact you to provide a 4-hour time window.
We offer a two-person delivery service, ensuring your sofa or bed is brought inside your home safely and professionally.
