Every Vogue Vocus piece is handcrafted to order with care. Below you’ll find all the details regarding delivery, returns, and refunds.

Shipping Policy

• All orders are delivered within 4 – 12 working days across the UK.
• Once your order is dispatched, our team will contact you to confirm the delivery date and time.
• We offer white-glove delivery service including unboxing and placement in your room of choice.
• Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
• Products must be unused and in original packaging.
• Made-to-order or custom pieces are non-returnable unless faulty.

Refund Process

After inspection of your returned item, a confirmation email will be sent. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Collection & Charges

• A £99 collection fee applies for returns that require courier pickup.
• Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items

In the unlikely event of damage or defects, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. Our team will arrange inspection or replacement promptly.
