We can guide you through plush velvet, bouclé, chenille and other premium fabric choices before you order.

Plush Velvet: Brush gently with a soft fabric brush to maintain the pile. Avoid rubbing spills — blot gently with a clean dry cloth.

Bouclé: Vacuum lightly using a soft brush attachment. Avoid pulling loops or using harsh chemicals.

Chenille: Keep away from direct sunlight where possible. For marks, blot gently and use fabric-safe cleaning products only.

For all fabrics, we recommend regular light vacuuming and avoiding excessive moisture.

Non-custom items may be eligible for return in line with our returns policy. Custom-made, bespoke-size or specially selected fabric orders may not be refundable once production has started.
